I have an extreme deep obsession with pasta dishes. And I truly don't favor any kind ; I am just as content with pasta and olive oil as I am with Fettucine Alfredo.
Instead of the usual lasagna dish, I spiced things up a little. I prepared this Spinach and Prosciutto Lasagna few days ago and I have to tell you! each flavor compliment the next, especially with a fresh salad on the side. I cannot wait to experiment with even more combinations.
