Quiche time !

I love quiche because it is very easy to make and you can just be creative with it.
I love eating it with a nice salad on the side.
You can also make mini quiches for parties !!! They are just so cute and delicious.
So here is the recipe for one of the quiche that I love to make.

You will need :
- 1 puffed pastry
- 1 onion (diced)
- 1 tomato (diced)
- 1 zucchini (diced)
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups of milk ( you could use 8 oz of creme fraiche instead of one of the cup of milk. But it would not be a skinny version)
- 2 table  spoon of butter
- shreaded cheese for the top
- salt and pepper to taste

Pre-heat oven at 375

1) Place the pastry on a oven dish.

2) Saute the onion in the melted butter, add the Tomato and zucchini , salt and pepper and continue to saute until the water has evaporated from the zucchini. Reserve

3)Mix the eggs. add the milk.salt . add to the veggie mix. and stir well.

4) Transfer the preparation in the puffed pastry dough. Sprinkle a little cheese on top.

Cook for 30 minutes or until cheese is golden brown

I hope you guys like the recipe and let me know if you jazzed it up ! XO

Month to Month update : 4 Month

Growth :

We are going to the Pediatrician on Friday so I am not sure how much he weight exactly but I tried to weight him on the scale with me and it seems that he is around 15 pounds. He still wears 6 to 9 month clothes.
I think that his teeth are going to come soon because he has been drooling a lot and everything that is in his hands goes straight to his mouth, but what he loves the most is his hands he just suck on his fist and fingers all the time.

New things he does :

He is super active lately, I have been trying to buy sings that could catch his attention and help him to develop. He Loves when I sing to him, he usually just stare at me and when I am done he smiles :-). He also love to make funny sounds, he has been making those high pitched little screams which is so cute. And of course he started to laugh out loud, to me it sounds like heaven. It literally just melts my heart.
He can sit on his own with support now and loves to look around to enjoy the new view !

Feeding :

I have not  introduced him to solid food yet . But I noticed that he seems pretty interested in what us adults put in our mouth. he always looks at what we put in our mouth when we eat so I kind of feel bad. I am still breastfeeding him so we will see if it still enough for him.
